A well established and highly respected National Insurance Broker is currently seeking an experienced Insurance Broker to manage a SME portfolio. This organization are specialists in their field and have a very warm and engaging culture.
They have longevity in tenure due to their professionalism and encouragement of career development in their employees.
They are currently looking for an Account Manager who to look after diverse portfolio. This will be a great portfolio for an Account Manager to really grow their career and handle a variety of clients, the brokerage is in a growth phase, and they are looking to bring in more brokers to manage the portfolio growth.
Your main responsibilities will include: - Dealing with new business within the SME space as well as renewals
- Liaison with clients and underwriters regarding new business, quotations, renewals and endorsements
- Building strong client relationships in order to grow the business organically.
- Strong ability to demonstrate ability to follow processes.
- Will need to be able to manage a book end to end - renewals, claims, full ownership.
In order to be considered for this role, you will possess the following: - 5+ years' experience in an insurance broking role
- Experience servicing and supporting a commercial book of business.
- Superb communication skills
- Excellent client service skills
- Tier 1 qualified
- Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirited
- New Business Minded
