What we are looking for
- Solid personal injury claims experience from workers compensation of life insurance at the claims, senior claims level
- The ability to demonstrate you can learn new products and legislation fast
- Proven time management to demonstrate your portfolio is up to date
- The ability to build rapport and trust with your claimants
- A genuine passion for claims management
- An understanding of medical terminology
The role will see you managing:
- A portfolio of life insurance claims (full training will be provided)
- Making liability decisions based on policy documents
- Determining the best action and treatments to assist your claimants return to health
- Ongoing follow up with treatment providers including GP's/Occ Rehab etc...
- Ensuring timelines are met on claims from a legislative perspective.
