What we are looking for

• Solid personal injury claims experience from workers compensation of life insurance at the claims, senior claims level
• The ability to demonstrate you can learn new products and legislation fast
• Proven time management to demonstrate your portfolio is up to date
• The ability to build rapport and trust with your claimants
• A genuine passion for claims management 
• An understanding of medical terminology 

The role will see you managing:

• A portfolio of life insurance claims (full training will be provided)
• Making liability decisions based on policy documents 
• Determining the best action and treatments to assist your claimants return to health
• Ongoing follow up with treatment providers including GP's/Occ Rehab etc...
• Ensuring timelines are met on claims from a legislative perspective.
