Our client, a leading national insurance company, is seeking an experienced Travel Claims Officer to join their dynamic team.

This is an exciting opportunity to manage your own portfolio of travel claims in a supportive and technically strong team.

You will be responsible for handling all aspects of travel claims, ensuring customers are kept informed and providing top-tier service from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a Portfolio of Travel Claims: From initial notification through to settlement, ensuring all claims are processed efficiently and in line with company standards.
• Customer Communication: Provide excellent customer service, keeping clients informed throughout the claims process.
• Fraud Investigation: Identify and investigate any fraudulent claims within your portfolio.
• Collaboration: Liaise with third parties and clients to resolve claims and maintain strong relationships.
• Ensure Service Standards: Deliver a first-class service in line with company procedures and timelines.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in Travel Insurance Claims: Proven experience managing a portfolio of travel claims from start to finish.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal, with clients and stakeholders.
• Fraud Detection & Investigation: Ability to identify fraudulent claims and assess risk thoroughly.
• Multitasking Ability: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
