Your New Role
Bring your abundance of Worker’s Comp experience to this industry giant that will make you feel valued and appreciated from the moment you start..

You will be responsible for:

• Coaching and Mentoring a team of case managers
• Working with panel legal providers
• Review and endorse decisions for the team
• Working closely with the dispute resolutions team
• Application of legislation relating to claims

What you’ll demonstrate
Apart from a considerable amount of experience within the Worker’s Comp industry, you’ll be driven to become part of something bigger.

A little more housekeeping would include:

• Your coaching and mentoring skills will be top-notch
• Strong coaching skills within WC claims
• Excellent technical skills and ability to apply legislation to decisions
• Experience in front end claims management ideal
