We’re looking for a Technical Claims Consultant to join a progressive insurers to provide expert guidance on intricate claims processes for the claims consultants and seniors.

In this role, you’ll;

• Leverage your technical expertise to assess, manage, and resolve claims efficiently while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Coach Claims Consultants in appropriately executing assessment practices ensuring the timely and quality management of claims.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and guidelines, ensuring claims management is in accordance with the claims philosophy

They will love you because of your;

• Demonstrated experience providing technical support to claims consultants and senior claims consultants in group or retail life insurance claims
• Experience in coaching and embedding knowledge, including an uplift of skills of case managers
• Experience in completing file reviews and projects/portfolio analysis
