Team Leader - Liability (Property & Personal Injury)

What you will love about this role:

• Managing a growing team of Liability Claims Advisors in personal injury and property liability
• Using your technical knowledge to support the team with technical claims
• Being the escalation point for clients and team members to resolve claims challenges
• Reporting, and using data analytics as a management tool, identifying gaps and areas of improvement
• Undertaking leadership duties, such as regular one-to-one meetings, performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring team members, managing the recruitment process
• Responsible for compiling claims reports for the business and clients
• Meeting clients and undertaking claims reviews 
• Ensuring the team is meeting performance measurements and identifying and addressing shortfalls 

 
What you will bring to this role:

• Technical expertise within in public liability claims, and property liability, either from an insurer, TPA, agency, or brokerage
• A highly collaborative approach, with demonstrated experience in supporting team members, uplifting performance, and supporting individual growth
• An analytical mind to review rapports and data to make improvements in processes and team performance
• A confident manner, able to articulate at a senior level
