Senior Manager - Workers Compensation Claims $180K

My client is a key player in the NSW workers compensation scheme. This is a critical role in their leadership structure as the business continues to grow in 2026! 

The position of Senior Manager - Claims will see you responsible for

• Leading a team of 6-7 Team managers and up to 70 in entire team
• Managing the relationships between my client and their clients from a claims perspective
• Engaging, developing and coaching large scale teams
• Identifying process improvements and efficiencies 

You will be able to demonstrate

• A sound technical understanding of the NSW workers compensation scheme
• Have experience in leading large teams and leading team managers
• A supportive and engaging leadership style
• Excellent client stakeholder management skills 
• Exceptional communication skills 
• Managing change
• An understanding of both psychological and physical injuries within the workers comp framework in NSW
