Senior Financial Lines Claims Specialist

What will interest you in this role:

• Join a growing financial lines team, with fresh ideas and a new leader
• You will be responsible for managing large, sensitive, and complex financial line claims - D&O, professional indemnity, management liability, medical malpractice, cyber, EPL
• Your experience in financial lines (or general liability) will be used across a broad range of claims
• Working closely with clients, brokers, branch managers, and insurers
• Looking for continual improvement in claims outcomes
• Attending meetings with stakeholders to discuss claims strategies

What you will bring to the role:

• A passion for what you do, being the client's advocate, undertaking a full investigation of the circumstances
• 2 year's PQE, working at Senior Associate level within a law firm, or bringing experience from a similar role, or senior general liability claims experience
• Solid experience managing a portfolio of financial lines claims: professional indemnity, D&O,  management liability, EPL, cyber OR general liability claims
• Strong technical/advocacy skills in financial lines, and ability to negotiate with stakeholders
• Confident communication, comfortable with direct client engagement
• Keen to support others, discussing claims strategies and making suggestions, being a collaborative team member
