Role Overview:
This is a hands-on Senior Finance role that will require you to lead a dynamic team while managing day-to-day client requirements and ensuring the delivery of key financial services. You will oversee multiple key roles within the finance team, ensuring deadlines are met, performance is high, and compliance is maintained. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of day-to-day client requirements, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Oversee the Finance team, managing their deliverables and workflows.
• Ensure resource planning is in place, managing leave and workflow to meet deadlines.
• Conduct quality assurance and monthly one-on-one performance meetings with team members.
• Ensure compliance with APRA, AFSL, and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• CA/CPA Qualified.
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience.
• General insurance experience is essential.
