This is a high-performing Life Insurance claims function that’s growing due to internal promotions and ongoing new business. You’ll be backed by experienced leadership, supported by strong technical resources, and encouraged to step up — not just stay put.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a small portfolio of around 30 Group Life claims (IP, TPD, and some Death)
• Using your decision-making and medical knowledge to influence claim strategy
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across rehab, legal, and underwriting
• Contributing to a values-led, progressive culture where your input matters
• Growing your technical scope with exposure to coaching, peer review, and potential project work

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• Experience assessing Group or Retail Life claims end-to-end
• Strong LICOP knowledge and a confident, professional communication style
• Interest in development — either your own or helping others grow
• Medical, allied health, or legal background (highly regarded, not essential)
