An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Client Relationship Manager. In this role, you will service a portfolio of high-profile clients by delivering expert Financial Lines Insurance solutions and providing consulting services to meet their complex needs.
As part of a global organization, you will play a key role in managing top-tier clients within the professional and financial lines insurance space. You will be a central part of a team that is committed to providing exceptional service and broking strategy for mid-market clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of complex mid-market Financial Lines placements, including financial institutions and professional accounts.
• Provide expert broking and strategic advice for financial lines insurance programs.
• Lead business development efforts to proactively grow the portfolio.
• Negotiate with underwriters to secure optimal insurance programs tailored to client needs.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high-quality client experience.
• Develop and strengthen insurer relationships to deliver the best possible broking outcomes for clients.
• Represent the company at industry events, promoting the brand and services within the Financial Lines space.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Strong understanding of Financial Lines insurance products and markets, with preference for experience in professional liabilities.
• Proven track record in managing complex accounts and developing new business.
• Tier 1 and Diploma in Insurance broking qualification (or the ability to complete it promptly)
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present confidently to clients of all sizes.
• Strong attention to detail and innovative problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in a professional, high-standard work environment is essential.
