Senior Account Manager - PI/ML/Liability/Commercial

What You Will Want To Know:

• Taking over an existing commercial book over 6 - 12 months 
• Managing a variety of risk including PI, Liability, Cyber, ISR, and Commercial Motor policies
• The role has administration support
• Reviewing and renewing clients' existing insurance programmes
• Supporting junior team members and providing advice where needed
• Meeting clients and building relationships with new and long-standing clients
• Presenting proposals/quotes and reports to clients
• Following up on leads and referrals to grow the existing book
• Working closely with the claims team and being the point of contact when required

 
What You Will Bring:

• Tier 1 Insurance Broking and Compliance qualified, with several years of experience in a broking role
• Knowledge of PI, Public and Products Liability, Management Liability, ISR, Business Pack, Commercial Motor and Marine
• In-depth understanding of products, insurance programmes and coverage
• Experience in providing support to team members
• A passion for broking, providing best-in-class service, and being able to develop new busines
• A high level of personal presentation, strong written and verbal communication skills
