Excellent opportunity for a experienced National RTW Manager to oversee the development and implementation of strategies aimed at minimizing claims costs and improving recovery outcomes for injured employees

  Your New Role

The focus of this role is to create strategies that reduce claims costs and help injured or ill team members recover at work.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide claims management to help employees recover fully and reduce claim costs.
• Contribute to the development and execution of strategies for injury prevention, health, and well-being.

 Shared Responsibilities:

• While business managers handle injury management, this role focuses on supporting recovery and ensuring the best outcomes for injured employees.

What you’ll demonstrate

Apart from a considerable amount of experience within the Worker’s Comp industry, you’ll be driven to become part of something bigger.  

• Strong experience in managing Workers' Compensation Claims across Australia
• Proven track record of improving workers' compensation outcomes.
• Accredited qualification in Rehabilitation and Return to Work (RAW), with hands-on experience.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a large, multi-location organization.
• Ability to manage complex and challenging claims with resilience.

Desirable:

• Allied health qualification.
• Professional experience in a client service or operations role
