About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced claims professional with 1-2 years of life insurance experience to manage a portfolio of life insurance claims.  This role offers a fantastic opportunity for career progression within a supportive environment, based in the Brisbane CBD.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Take ownership of a portfolio of Group or Retail claims
• Review and assess all documentation, including medical reports, to determine eligibility and liability.
• Manage the claims process efficiently, ensuring all decisions align with policy terms and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to internal projects related to claims management improvements.
• Coach and support junior claims consultants, helping them develop their skills.
