Claims Advisors/Customer Service- 1 Year Contract - Multiple Roles!

THE ROLE:
- Working on a busy portfolio, managing domestic property claims end to end.
- Liaising with Loss Adjusters, clients and insurers
- Writing reports to present to the insurer
- Managing a high volume portfolio, which means this is a busy and interesting role
- Speaking to the insurer regarding any queries
YOUR EXPERIENCE:
- Preferably experience within a Claims role - property preferred, and used to being accountable for making decisions.
- Alternatively, experience of working in a fast-paced office-based role, where you use systems and processes, speak to stakeholders, and take accountability for a work flow.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills to respond to enquiries
- Used to dealing with a variety of stakeholders and working through any issues
