About the Role* Supporting a Senior Account Manager in an internal role, no client meeting required
* Managing renewals and endorsements, including collecting and checking information, obtaining quotes from Sunrise and presenting to clients, across a diverse product range, and invoicing.
* Providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, clients, and underwriters, ensuring prompt and professional responses
* Assisting in debtor management and gathering client and member information to support the account manager.
* Receiving hands on mentoring in a fast paced environment
What You Will Bring* Qualifications: Tier 1 required
* Familiarity with Sunrise and/or SCTP for online quoting and a good understanding of insurance basics.
* Strong customer focus, excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and time management skills.
* A self-starter who can prioritise tasks, manage their workload efficiently, and enjoys working collaboratively with like-minded professionals.
