Ensure Recruitment has been exclusively engaged by a global organisation to attract a passionate injury manager to join their Health & Wellbeing team in Sydney.

You will;

• Provide advice to support workers compensation claims from lodgement through to return to work
• Attend and support case conferences to achieve return to work outcomes
• Support the research and implementation of wellbeing initiatives to support the employees
• Educate and support managers facilitate wellbeing sessions

Sound interesting? 

Does your background/experience include; 

• Demonstrated workers compensation claims management/injury management experience under the NSW scheme
• Strong understanding of the claims process and factors affecting return to work outcomes
• Highly developed influencing and negotiation skills
• Allied health backgrounds and/or qualifications in personal injury management will be highly regarded
