Ensure Recruitment has been exclusively engaged by a global organisation to attract a passionate injury manager to join their Health & Wellbeing team in Sydney.

You will; - Provide advice to support workers compensation claims from lodgement through to return to work
- Attend and support case conferences to achieve return to work outcomes
- Support the research and implementation of wellbeing initiatives to support the employees
- Educate and support managers facilitate wellbeing sessions
Sound interesting?
Does your background/experience include;
- Demonstrated workers compensation claims management/injury management experience under the NSW scheme
- Strong understanding of the claims process and factors affecting return to work outcomes
- Highly developed influencing and negotiation skills
- Allied health backgrounds and/or qualifications in personal injury management will be highly regarded
