Head of Insurance Partnerships $220-250K + Super + Bonus

My client is a leading international insurer that is experiencing growth across it's Australian portfolio. The newly created role of Head of Partnerships will see you responsible for:

• Leading a team of high performing senior account managers and account managers in South Australia
• Building strategic relationships with core insurance partners which include banks/credit unions/automotive car dealers and other partners
• Developing new opportunities with new partners
• Achieving growth from existing partners
• Developing strategic relationships at key levels within all partners 
• Developing solutions and initiatives that will assist partners grow their business

You will need to be able to demonstrate

• Leadership in a sales/account management environment
• Experience of working with 3rd party partners to dive results
• Consumer insurance products understanding (desirable but not essential)
• A proven track record in driving strong sales growth and building strategic relationships
• People management, developing, coaching, mentoring
• Proven history in delivering solutions to 3rd party relationships that produce results
• An ability to operate at various levels up to and including executive
• Financial Services, Insurance or Automotive experience will be highly regarded
