About the roles:
Supporting claims teams, assisting with newly lodged claims
Taking and assessing all information for home property damage
Reviewing claims information and requesting further evidence if required
Writing reports relating to the claim
Having direct contact with insurers, clients and loss adjusters to directly to obtain/answer any information
Providing outstanding customer service to all stakeholders
What you will bring:
Previous claims knowledge, home, motor or health, or experience of working in a high volume call/admin office environment, enjoying a fast work pace
Obtaining full claims information, speaking to policy holders, builders, loss adjusters and insurers
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
A passion to ensure clients' are provided with the highest level of service
