Claims Assessor - Life Insurance (Group)

Ensure have partnered with a leading Life Insurer in Melbourne and we're looking for an existing Group or Retail Assessor looking to make the jump..

A brief snapshot on your new role: 

• Management of a portfolio of approx 50 Group Claims
• Managing both corporate and industry funds
• Healthy claims mix of both IP & TPD
• Managing the claims from end to end including rehabilitation (with specialist support provided)
• Setting and managing successful claims strategies.

You will be need to demonstrate:

• Significant life claims experience within either Group or Retail claims management 
• Previous experience in managing IP and TPD claims to successful outcomes
• Strong financial and medical claims management techniques
• A passion for putting the customer first to achieve results
• A highly pro-active claims approach
