• Managing a portfolio of workers compensation claims for injured workers
• Review medical documents to determine eligibility for claims
• Determining liability and managing the claim process through to finalisation
• Identifying the most effective treatment options and managing the injury management and return to work plans plans 

• Qualifications in allied health (Nursing, Occupational therapy, physiotherapy, or rehab counseling)
• Or previous workers compensation claims experience
• Sound decision-making skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, making decisions, and managing multiple priorities
