• Working in a large dynamic team
• Owning your book of strata clients
• Understanding your clients' risk and negotiating the best policies for them
• Making presentations to clients, explaining different options to them
• Working closely with team members, being supportive of ideas, and welcoming improvements
• Contributing to making any relevant recommendations to the team
• Maintaining close client relationships to ensure renewal percentage remains high
• Negotiating terms with underwriters
• Preparing renewal documents ensuring the accuracy of all information

• As an experienced Account Executive, you will have worked within the strata/property space
• Tier 1 qualified
• Your strong communication skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders of any level
• A passion for providing outstanding service to all your clients
• An all-round team player, who enjoys the social aspect of being part of a group environment
